Professor Liyin Shen led the members of IRCSBE, the doctoral student Song Xiangnan and the postgraduate student Lou Yingli to participate in the Fourth Shenzhen International Low Carbon City Forum in Shenzhen International Low Carbon Center on the 13-14th of December 2016.

The Shenzhen International Low Carbon City Forum has successfully held for three times. It has become an important window to show our country's positive response to climate change. The global low carbon area is exploring the forefront topic, sharing intelligence achievements and carrying out practical cooperation.
